Your California Privacy Rights
This document outlines your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar data protection laws. Please read carefully to understand your rights and how to exercise them.
Categories of Personal Information the Company Collects
The Company has collected the following categories of personal information from users within the last twelve (12) months:
- Identifiers: Includes name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol (IP) address, email address, account name, driver’s license number, passport number, or other similar identifiers.
- Personal Information Categories under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e): Includes name, address, telephone number, passport number, driver’s license or state ID number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information. Some personal information in this category may overlap with other categories.
- Protected Classification Characteristics: Includes age (40+), race, color, ancestry, national origin, citizenship, religion, marital status, medical condition, physical or mental disability, sex (including gender identity), sexual orientation, veteran status, or genetic information. Not collected.
- Commercial Information: Includes records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, as well as other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.
- Biometric Information: Includes physiological, behavioral, or biological characteristics such as fingerprints or faceprints. Not collected.
- Internet or Network Activity: Includes browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer’s interaction with a website or advertisement.
- Geolocation Data: Includes physical location or movements.
- Sensory Data: Includes audio, electronic, visual, or similar information. Not collected.
- Professional or Employment-Related Information: Includes job history or performance evaluations. Not collected.
- Non-Public Education Information: Includes education records directly related to a student as defined by FERPA. Not collected.
- Sensitive Personal Information: Includes race, ethnic origin, religion, political affiliations, sexual orientation, or criminal history. Not collected.
- Inferences: Includes profiles reflecting preferences, characteristics, and behavior. Not collected.
Use and Sale of Personal Information
In the preceding twelve (12) months, the Company has disclosed and sold personal information to third parties for business and commercial purposes. Categories disclosed or sold include:

Your Rights and Choices

- Exercising your rights under the CCPA will not result in discrimination, such as denial of services or increased pricing.

Response Timing and Format
The Company will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If more time is needed (up to 90 days), you will be notified in writing. Responses can be provided electronically or by mail, depending on your preference. Data portability requests will be fulfilled in a readily usable format.
